I’m not that nervous and excited about it.

Final Assessment Material

Folio, Artist Statement and Visual Research.
That’s what you need when it comes to doing a project.
Visual Research is not necessary but when it comes to Tertiary Education (Degree or Masters or even PHD) you need a freakin Visual Research to show that where you get your inspiration, idea and concept from. Be it a Photography Book or from a website or magazine or book. Print Screen it or bring along everything la.

ANIMA

My first Folio work I planned last November.

Another Version of ANIMA in A4 and Book format with my Artist Statement in sleeves.

Most of my classmate decide to do their own Photography Folio book with Chicago Screw But I prefer to show my Folio in a photo format. Place my photo in a Clamshell Box.

Looks more Archival if you know what I mean *wink wink*

The Unseen Series

I decide to Mount this particular series because I only have 6 images for this. 14 x 20 inches and the custom mount itself cost AUD102 for 6 pieces.

And I have to do another Mounting Frame for Final year Exhibition which cost  AUD114 for 2 freakin frame.

Documentary New Australia

This is one of the longest Series I’ve ever do for my Final Year. I’ve plan this Series since January but it took lots of time to find the right person! 5 People that shows Diversity of the New Australia..

Bowling

Finally manage to upload it on vimeo.

Sunday for me is wandering around the city or meeting friends and wandering around together. Beside that, I also want to start doing my No Face Portrait Series. I’m so hype up after looking at the result, that’s the exact result i want!

Went to New Market and have a Laksa there, 15mins train ride from the city.

Curry Laksa..

The name of the Restaurant is Laksa King. Just 1 block away from New Market Station, you won’t missed it once you exit and turn left. Just walk straight around 60-80meter until you saw a yellow signboard “Laksa King”.

Once enter the food court you’ll see Laksa King. It’s small but you can see heaps of people inside eventho it’s Sunday. We ended up sitting outside the shop. Feels like home pula

Southbank

After Laksa King, head back to the City and walking to Southbank area to do my Portrait shot.
I think I only spent like 15mins to complete my portrait because I know what to do. But me and my friend ended up wandering around until 7pm like a tourist. haha

Melbourne Exhibition Centre

Went to the newly construct building to see the design, my friend study Architecture here and he wanted to see the rendering, what kind of steel, wood and lotsa stuff.

Melbourne Convention Centre

I rarely got impressed when it comes to Architecture Design but Melbourne Convention Centre has one of the nice design. Even the interior inside makes me jakun for a bit.

Hilton Hotel

It’s a 6 star hotel just beside the Convention Centre, Aud198 for a night.
After visiting, head back to the main area of Southbank. Waiting for the attractive flame infront of Crown.
