Blossom Sakura
Blossom Sakura

The season in which the powdered snow dances always passes by
Even if Im lost in a crowd I can see the same sky
Even though I’m chilled as if I’m being blown by the wind

I don’t know anything about you, do I?
And yet, I found you amongst a billion people
There’s no basis for this, but I believe this with all seriousness

We can’t live at the same time without trivial fights
If I can’t be honest, then rapture and sorrow are meaningless

Powdered snow, if you paled me white to the heart
Can you share our loneliness?

I pressed my ear against your heart
Going gently, deeply towards where the sound (is coming from)
(That’s where) I want to disembark,
There, we’ll meet once again

I want us to reach rapport but I was the (only) one who touched its surface
The only thing that was holding us together was my hand squeezing yours that was numb with cold
Powdered snow, in front (of us), eternity, too fragilely, becomes a stain upon rough asphalt

Powdered snow, this heart that has transcended time is faltering
And yet, I want to continue to protect you

Powdered snow, if you paled me white to the heart
You would wrap around our loneliness and send it back into the sky.

Lyrics translated by Honyakukonyaku. Sang by Remioromen entitled Konayuki (Powdered Snow).

I’m seriously learning Japanese language now.
I don’t want to stuck in the fantasy anymore. I just realize that Katakana are easier than Hiragana when it comes to reading. I hate memorizing stuff but, sudah saya cakap i don’t want to be in fantasy anymore.

Hiragana, Katakana, Kanji… If i can’t write, i know i can read it. Haha
Same as my chinese lar.. I can read more than 500 character i think but i only know how to write less than 100 character.
Thanks to NJStar, i just type hanyi pinyin. I still able to sending email to any chinese photographer, ,with broken mandarin.

Kadangkala (Sometimes), bukan semua akan memahami (not all will understand) bagaimana (how) saya rasa (i feel). Tetapi (but), saya tidak peduli ( i don’t care about it.).

Tidak lama lagi (No longer), saya akan tamat pengajianku (my study gonna end) di sini (in here /soon).

Ku rasa ( I think), Ceritaku akan (My story) akan tamat begitu sahaja (will just end like this).

Hidupan selalu (Life is always) bermula dengan (start with) bab baru (a new chapter) tapi tidak (but never) pernah ada (have a) tamatnya (ending story).

My Bahasa Malaysia macam in Kindergarden levels.

I’m getting bored with my documentary because i kept on shooting the same thing. Although it look very interesting when you show the photo in series. Have to because that’s my 2nd semester folio to determine whether i can get thru to 3rd year or not. *finger cross everything is gonna be alright*
When i saw some guy playing Djembe Drum beside the pedestrian walkway, I wanted to get one so that i can release stress. Might check how much is the cheapest Djembe Drum tomorrow. Miniature pun i don’t mind as long i can hit it with the sound of trebel and bass.

Fiesta Malaysia was held at Federation Square on the 31st August in conjunction with National Day.
Generally, Nothing much happen. More like introducing more into the ‘culture’ and also a place for M’sian Student and Expatriate wandering around and showing off their “DSLR”. Don’t worry, I didnt bring my DSLR there because i know there’s gonna be heaps of DSLR. Bah, besakan Malaysia.. DSLR atas, bawah, kiri and kanan.

I brought my RZ67 and SX-70 and shoot a few photo from it.
And again, Nothing much happen.. Paling senang mo tau macam mana jalan ceritanya.

Tgk gambarnya sejalar..

Sepak Takraw, 2 white guy join after this and they cracks me up because they juggle better than from the ‘where originally sepak takraw came from” if you know what i mean?

On the other side pula like more into traditional i used to call umban barang capat pungut back in Keningau when i was young. Ko umban itu guli/batu or whatever tinggi-tinggi then ko mesti capat-capat pungut itu remaining guli/batu or whatever on the floor. What they call ah?

Aik, tengok pula si Minah sama camera saya. I don’t think she’s looking at the camera thou. I think when i press the shutter her eyes straight away got freeze by the chemical of so called “Instant Polaroid 600film”.

The main stage, with false info for the east malaysian.

Welcome to Fiesta Malaysia in blah blah M’sia`s 51 years of Independence. Macam betul tapi inda betul bah kan. Mo tipu pun susah sebab urang putih ni cepat betul dorang percaya.

Tinggi-tinggi saya lumpat-lumpat

Some Unknown Malaysian Singer singing RnB song with his lyrics sheet on the stage. Too detail pula i explain.

Umban barang capat pungut..

I think they just wanna chill out. Haha

And lastly, back in primary school very oh-so Famous

Lumpat Getah. I don’t know whats the proper name but i always cakap Lumpat Getah most of my friend understand what i mean.

What makes me dissapointed about the event is Instead of Promoting the Sarawak’s Iban, Melanau and Bidayuh Dance they write down as East Malaysian Dance on the screen. Oh Come on!! Just Introduce it in proper way bah. Cannot blame also lar because most of the Sabahan Native Generation got colonize by western californication and japanese culture suda. Most of them even don’t know how to dance Sumazau and also listen to the Native Speaker Music.

Well, that’s the future… KadazanDusun Language gonna extinct sooner or later wat is remain the name and also the tradition and costume.

Haishhhhh…….. I wish my father teach me my mother tongue language when i was young. The only words i know is Gunsirit. Because It’s happen to me all the time. Taik mo keluar suda ni.. Tu lah i know what the meaning is Gunsirit.

Polaroid SX-70 Hungry Jacks
In Australia we call the Hungry Jack but other part of the world everyone call BK or Burger King.

Ngam juga lar since burger dia inda begitu bagus dari Malaysia punya Burger King.
WUAHAHAHAHAHAAKAKAKAKA

Thank god there’s no class next week (Week Break), That’s mean boleh lepak sama kawan and spend more time wandering around the city sampai berpeluh.

For those called them self a photography lover should check Mika Ninagawa Out >> http://ninamika.com/en <<. Look at how she use the color, how she arrange the composition and also which model she choose for her shot.

I wonder do my cousin still need me as his photographer for his merdeka party? He didnt call me to confirm till now, adui.. punya main sabahan.

If he don't need my help that's mean i'll spend my personal time.
"Accidently" Bought a Photography Book by Alessandro Rizzi entitled Vision From Another World. Gosh, I tell you his work is PUNYA MAIN AMAZING!! That’s the kind of Photography Style im in too.

Alrighty, I see you when i see you again.
Bye Bye Arigato Sayonara…
