My name is Flanegan Bainon. I’m half Borneo Native Breed called The “Murut” and half Chinese Blood.

Born and Grew up in a small town called Petagas. Just a few minutes drives to the State Capital of Sabah (North Borneo) Kota Kinabalu. Currently living in Melbourne to pursue Photography.

Everyone can produce a beautiful image. But do you really understand why your practitioner capture the image?

There is always a narrative of an image where it started from issues and also personal interests. Some says is a Masterpiece and some say it’s terrible.

I have my own language of photography.
I didn’t shoot for glam and I didn’t shoot to changing the world.

Photography is my personal way to explore.

I know what am i doing and I’m not struggling of what I try to create. But sometimes I am struggling to create a concept and the objective.

The Amateur worry about Equipment, The Professional worry about Money, The Masters worry about Lights.
