Met a Rubber Tapper in my dream.

By Flanegan

Last nite, I had a dream. Met this guy in an unnamed city. Somewhere not so familiar, but I see a few of Sabah’s Native wandering around the city working as posmen, delivery driver, florist and a few of em wearing businessmen suits together with the East Asians where they are the major people in this city along with the white, african and latin people.

I was sitting in a cafe. Very nice atmosphere independent cafe playing Bossa Band music and the guy beside me apparently speak very thick Sabah BM on the phone with someone.
Since I’m confuse and mind went blank because I don’t know where the heck am I. After he hang up his mobile, I greet him and ask him “Kenapa ini bandar banyak orang kita ni?”. I think he shock with my answer, and he say “Orang kita terpaksa lari, kalo inda sengsara sebab kita kena paksa.” I have no idea what he saying, since both of us feel comfortable and able to converse in Sabah BM. I change my topic, I ask him what is he doing here and Where he lives? He says he work as a Rubber Tapper, lives in a new settlement town called “Jesselton” North West side of the city. I still remember he says That area used to be an empty land until some of us move here or got send here to settle a new life.

Once I heard what He said… I myself had a shock and I woke up from my dream eventually because I’m out of breath. =_=”

Usually I always dream about a scene as the eye of the story. But rarely become part of the dream. I can’t be bother everytime what kind of dream I have until I had this kind of dream yesterday.
Till now, 16 hours later I’m still curious about my dream. What’s the meaning? The Metaphor? I know it’s impossible for me to continue it again if I kept thinking about it.

Haishh…. potong stim saja because sesak nafas.

Anyway, I’ve translated Sayang Kinabalu Lyrics into Japanese Language for Japanese language Festival this October at UMS.
I’ll be part of the singing team if I’m not mistaken lah… Since I always naturally translate some non-Japanese Song into Japanese Language when I know the lyrics.
I decide to write the lyrics down on the paper and record then post it on the net. Just incase, maybe some of you guys or Japanese Audience would like to know the meaning of “Sayang Kinabalu” in Japanese way.
わかりますか? わかります Bah Kan? Say Ya jak.. HAHA

Anyway here’s the embed video of my Cover Version of “Sayang Kinabalu” in Japanese Language 日本語. “好きキナバル”

この歌はいいですか? Ok ka? ekekeke
Maybe Next time I’ll do a perfect and better one. This one seems so rush, once i finish jot down the lyrics I straight away strum the guitar and record it.

I also got Sad news from the Idol world :

Ono Erena graduating AKB48.

One of my fav in group. I started to watch AKBingo and Shukan AKB because of her Violent/Yankee Attitude. She’s like in between Fujimoto Miki and Konno Asami of Morning Musume, I guess that’s what makes her interesting to me. She’ll be focus more on Acting career in the future and her plan now is to pursue her Study in Acting in Overseas according from AKB48 sources.

Bah… Good Luck Ono Erena. Everyone who watch AKBingo or Shukan AKB or even listening to AKB48 song will be support you silently. がんばって下さい!

I guess that’s all from me. I’m so nervous hows the outcome of my bulky print photobook!
